§ 53.02. AUTHORITY.

(A) The rates and charges authorized herein are in accordance with I.C. 36-9-23-1 et seq.
(B) Accordingly, the rates and charges authorized herein have been recommended by resolution of the Department of Storm Water Management, and approved by ordinance of the Town Council.
(C) The rates and charges authorized herein shall be billed on the first billing cycle of the town's utilities after approval of such ordinance by the Town Council.
