§ 157.01. LIMITATION ON IMPOSITION OF IMPACT FEE.

This chapter shall expire and become void five years after its effective date as required by I.C. 36-7-4-1340, unless action is undertaken to extend its life consistent with the provisions of said Code section which contemplates a replacement ordinance.
